Good morning Unpolished beauties💚 one of the biggest hurdles we can face when focusing on a healthy lifestyle is nutrition. How many time have you started. “diet” or swore off eating a certain food? How many times have you been making great progress on food changes and had a really stressful day or started your period and ended up stopping by a drive thru or picking up some donuts or other sweets to “ make me feel better”? Emotional eating is the biggest hurdle a lot of us face when trying to make better choices! It’s the hardest to get a handle on because it means we have to sit in and face down all of those uncomfortable feelings that we have gotten used to burying with food! It’s a lot easier to eat a Little Debbie than it is to confront our own insecurities or self shame that prompt us to pick up that snack cake! Doing the work on the inside is vital to the success of any healthy lifestyle change. You deserve to be healthy and happy!
