Should I take a supplement?

Let’s talk vitamins and supplements! I get asked a lot about what is the best vitamin for women to take or what supplement is a good one to start. My first answer is to always check with your Dr.🙌 I recommend everyone have maintenance blood work done to check for deficiencies in certain levels like D, B-12 and iron. Next I ask what are you concerned about most? Energy level? Metabolism? Hair, skin, nails? Overall health?Supplements are like food choices-they are very individualized and personal. When you start choosing, research as much as possible ( asking your Dr. or pharmacist is always a great starting point). There are some really good resources out there if you look. Don’t accept the first thing you find on a google search😂. Reach out to friends and get testimonials. Get several sources to pull from to help you know what questions to ask. Some come in a powder or oil. Those are absorbed better in most cases and have less fillers. I am sharing my supplement routine below. Zinc(Immunity), vitamin C(immunity, skin), Maca( hormone balance, metabolism and all that come with that😫), milk thistle ( liver), turmeric( natural anti inflammatory, skin), Benadryl ( allergies), collagen powder ( joint health, skin) , Shakeology ( skin, gut health, antioxidants, protein), recover ( muscle health) after workouts , CBD oil( inflammation, anxiety), Frankincense oil (skin, cell rejuvination)

These are the things I take daily-usually at night Shakeology and collagen in the mornings and Recover after workouts. This is what works for my body. It took some trial and error and a lot of researching. I hope this can help when finding what works for you✌️
